Residential Cabin / Granny Flat - EVA

1 Bedroom Granny Flat EVA

Like close to all our log cabins the EVA is available in different log thicknesses, but in general prices are based on 70mm logs. We are more than happy to help you with a quote for thicker logs for any models you find on this website - the EVA i.e. in 92 x 135mm logs works out to be $25,450 (all prices include GST).

The EVA has a very compact design, but still allows enough space for all the essentials - a typical "tiny house" with all the modern conveniences.

Whilst classified as a 1-bedroom timber log cabin with under 60sqm it still features a small sheltered front entrance area.
